At WASTRIP, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring that you have a hassle-free experience when dealing with cancellations and refunds. Please read the following guidelines carefully:

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more before the departure date, you will be eligible for a full refund, excluding any non-refundable fees. Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days before the departure date will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking amount, excluding any non-refundable fees. Cancellations made within 8 to 14 days before the departure date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount, excluding any non-refundable fees. Cancellations made within 0 to 7 days of the departure date or no-shows are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations can be made by contacting our customer support team via email or phone. In the event of natural disasters, political unrest, or other situations beyond your control that prevent you from travelling, please contact us immediately. We will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis to find an equitable solution, which may include rescheduling or providing a partial refund. Cancellation requests received during business hours [9 am to 7 pm] will be processed on the same day. Requests received outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. WASTRIP reserves the right to cancel a tour or activity due to unforeseen circumstances, insufficient bookings, or events beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund or an alternative tour date will be offered to the customers. We recommend that you carefully review the terms and conditions of your booking for any additional cancellation policies that may apply. Changes to Itinerary: WASTRIP reserves the right to modify tour itineraries or replace activities due to weather conditions, local events, or other factors. We will make every effort to provide similar activities and experiences if changes are necessary.
